Canopy Tour

Arenal Ecoglide Park is one of Costa Rica’s newest adventure parks. Our Canopy is known for having two separate cables, the first one is the one you glide on, the second one is for major safety. The canopy consists of 15 cables and 18 platforms divided in three sections. Minimum age 8 years old is required.

Arenal Hanging Bridges Tour

Arenal Hanging Bridges is a new tourism attraction in La Fortuna, only 4 km (2.5 miles) west of Tabacón within a 250 hectare (618 acre) reserve of primary forest.
Visitor who love nature can enjoy 15 bridges from 5 to 100 meters long, friendly design along 3 km rain forest circuit of interpretive trails built with paving blocks to prevent slipping.

Arenal Volcano Hike and Hot Springs with Dinner Tour

A short hike in one of the trails close to the volcano area will give us the chance to enjoy some forest and the activity around it. At the hot springs our customers can enjoy a healthy and relaxing soak, choosing between Tabacon, The Springs or Baldi Hot Springs, it is also possible to see the Arenal Volcano erupting from a comfortable spa.

Venado Caves Tour

The caves were formed during the Miocene period, 15 or 20 million years ago. For many years they were under sea level and due to tectonic movements they surfaced. The length of the tour into the caves is 1 ½ hour, during this time we will find marine fossils, and also bats, spiders and crickets. Minimum age 8 years old is required.

Sky Trek & Sky Tram Tour

Celeste River & Tenorio Volcano Hike Tour

Birdwatching Tour

You will have the opportunity to see toucans, parrots, oropendolas, colorful tanagers and parakeets. For the more experienced birdwatcher, we can focus on looking for Royal Flycatchers, White- fronted  Nun birds, Cinnamon Woodpeckers and other less commonly seen species.  We will tailor the tour for you. We will wrap up the tour by listing and discussing the birds we have seen.

Canopy Tour

The tour has high security standards. The Canopy Tour has 16 cables, ranking between 15 meters and 410 meters long, with a 50-meters tower with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Nicoya and a section of the Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve. Minimum age 6 years old is required.

Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve Tour

The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is the largest of these private protected areas, with over 25,730 acres (10,415 hectares) of land. More than 500 species of orchids cling to the limbs of enormous trees, while vines, ferns, mosses and lichens fill every other available space.

Monteverde Train forest ride Tour

The Trainforest is a small-scale replica of an old-time train, created with the aid of modern electricity in order to guarantee the safety of our clients. Canopy Tour + Tree Top Walkways Tour at Selvatura

Our Canopy tour guides will take you to our canopy tour courses each with more than of the 12 cables,19 platforms, Tarzan Swing along the way and a total of more than 1.5 miles of total cable length on each course. Treetop Walkways is a 1.5 mile trail that crosses through the cloud forest canopy, along this trail our visitors will be able to walk across 8 different suspension bridges that range between 150 to 510 feet in length and 46 to 180 feet in altitude. Minimum age 6 years old is required.

Trapiche Tour

El Trapiche, a Costa Rica family run business, where you can enjoy a 2 hour guided tour. The tour begins with a walk through a farm where you can get a glimpse of plantations that grow sugar cane, coffee, and other crops such as bananas, plantains, root vegetables, oranges and more. During the course of the tour the entire coffee processing procedure is demonstrated.

Birdwatching Tour

One of the legendary and classic bird watching spots where 350+bird species have been identified. Located at an altitude ranging from 1400 to1700 meters above sea  level, this cool retreat is home to hundreds of tropical birds, Apart  from the popular  quetzals and  toucans, other species commonly see include wood creepers, flycatchers and migratory  species like orioles and grosbeaks;  although not often se but frequently herd, the three-wattle bellbird also resides here.
